Standby Labs is the trading name of SYEDEV LLC FZ, an applied AI agency headquartered in Dubai. We research, build and operate voice agents for service businesses. We also build custom agents for defined jobs inside business operations. We work with teams in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.
Our work starts with a process that already exists. That might be calls to answer, appointments to book, enquiries to qualify, documents to check or exceptions to route. We decide what an agent can finish and which systems it needs. We also decide where a person must stay in control. After launch, we keep reviewing and improving the system with the client.

Iqra Naveed, Business Director, leads operations, client relationships, marketing and brand. She works with clients from the first conversation through launch and the ongoing review cadence.
What we build
Our voice agents answer calls and understand the request. They complete routine tasks such as booking within approved rules. When a situation needs a person, they bring one in. Our custom agents handle a defined process inside a client's approved tools. They keep a record of their actions and have a clear handoff path.
We are an agency. We are responsible for building the system and for running it, and that includes the setup and the monitoring. Some problems do not need an agent. Sometimes a simpler workflow or a human process is the better answer.
