Voice agents · Flagship practice

Your phone, answered properly. Every time.

We build voice agents that answer your line, understand why someone called, book the job or take the details, and bring in your team when it matters. Then we run them for you.

Recorded calls

Hear it work before you talk to us.

Pick a business, press play and follow the transcript as the agent handles the call from start to finish.

Good evening — Oakmont Kitchen, this is Maya. How can I help?

caller

Oh hey — any chance you have a table for tonight? Eight-ish?

agent

We do. I can seat four at 8:15. Shall I hold it for you?

caller

Perfect, yes.

agent

Booked. I have sent a confirmation to this number.

The call that rings while the front desk is with a patient. This is the one an agent should take.

What it handles

The calls your team cannot always take.

One agent can cover all four. Most businesses start with the one that is losing them the most work.

01

Every inbound call

Clinics, restaurants, home services, legal
What happens today

Calls ring out while the front desk is busy. Some callers leave a voicemail. Most call the next business on the list.

With the agent

Answers on the first ring, works out why they called, answers the common questions and completes the task on the call.

Stays with your team: Complaints, emergencies and anything the caller asks a person for.
02

Evenings, weekends and overflow

Any business that closes before its customers do
What happens today

After six the line goes to voicemail. Monday starts with a list of callbacks, and half of them have already booked elsewhere.

With the agent

Picks up when nobody else can, books straight into your calendar and leaves your team a clean summary for the morning.

Stays with your team: Anything urgent, routed to your on-call number with the details already taken.
03

Bookings and changes

Appointments, tables, site visits, consultations
What happens today

Staff spend hours a day on the phone moving appointments and repeating the same availability.

With the agent

Checks real availability, books, moves or cancels within your rules and sends the confirmation by WhatsApp or SMS.

Stays with your team: Exceptions to your booking policy and anything involving payment.
04

New enquiries

Sales-led service businesses
What happens today

A new lead calls, gets a rushed answer and a promise of a callback that arrives a day later.

With the agent

Asks your qualifying questions, records the answers in your CRM and books the consultation or passes a warm lead to your team.

Stays with your team: The sales conversation itself, pricing and negotiation.

How an engagement runs

Live in about two weeks.

You hear the agent on your own call scenarios before it speaks to a single customer.

  1. 01Days 1–3

    Listen to your calls

We review your recordings and call logs, agree what a good call sounds like and write down exactly when a person must take over.

  2. 02Days 4–12

    Build and test

We connect your number, calendar and CRM, then test hundreds of real call scenarios, including accents, interruptions and awkward callers.

  3. 03Day 14 onwards

    Run it for you

We start with part of your traffic, read the transcripts every week and adjust the agent as your hours, prices and services change.

The standard

We listen to the calls, so you do not have to.

Every agent is reviewed by a person every week: the transcripts, the calls it passed to your team and the ones it should have. That review is where good agents become reliable ones.

Questions

What people ask first.

Will it sound like a robot?

No. Modern voices are natural enough that the voice is rarely the problem. What makes a call feel robotic is poor timing and not handling interruptions, and that is what we spend most of the build testing.

Will callers know they are speaking to an AI?

Yes, when the law or your policy requires it, the agent says so at the start of the call. We set disclosure and consent for the UAE, the UK and the US as part of every build.

What happens when a caller needs a person?

The agent transfers the call to the right person, or takes the details and books a callback, with a summary so nobody has to ask the caller to repeat themselves.

Do we need to change our phone system?

No. We work with your existing number and phone provider. Most businesses simply forward calls to the agent when their team is busy or closed.

How long does it take to go live?

Most voice agents take live calls within fourteen days of the first session. We start with part of your traffic and increase it once the transcripts show it is ready.
